Forecasters are predicting another hot one! For those who can take the heat, I’ve found three action-packed and adventure-filled events beginning tonight at Valley Preferred Cycling Center. Read on for my weekly list of events.

Friday, July 9

If you’re into cycling, biking, or simply watching the speed, check out the World Series of Bicycling: USA Cycling Junior Nationals at Valley Preferred Cycling Center in Trexlertown. The event begins at 7:30 p.m. and promises to be one of the most exciting events of the season. Finish line seating is available for $8, general admission is $5.

Saturday, July 11

Looking for a great family-friendly event? Join the fun at Pigapalooza All-Star FanFest at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown from noon-9 p.m. The entire day will be filled with inflatable games, a baseball gravity challenge, rock wall climb, Q&A with Phillies sportscasters and baseball historians, book signings and more. Sunday, July 11

Family and friends join together for Easton Heritage Day in Centre Square beginning at noon. Live entertainment and music, historical presentations, food, fun, and fireworks. Free and open to the public.
