Jan Bubbenmoyer believes that no one can “out love” the heart of a woman. Because of their compassion and caring nature, women have the ability to save the world and the people in it.

Inspired by Mother Teresa and St. Francis of Assisi, Bubbenmoyer, of Orefield, wrote The Tree of Love to unite women and ignite a quest for change. Her beautiful words represent a philosophy, which she hopes will soon be incorporated into everyone’s daily lives. The Tree of Love outlines a three-part plan and starts with a simple list.

The secret to great skin isn’t found in a bottle or pill—unless you count sunscreen bottles, of course. To keep your skin looking its best, you’ll need a good skin care routine. Wash your face daily with a mild cleanser and use a good moisturizer to prevent dry skin. (If you are concerned about blemishes or adult acne, use a noncomedogenic moisturizer, which is less likely to block the pores.) Most importantly, avoid excessive sun exposure, especially during the hours of 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., and use sunscreen outdoors.
